Dial-Up Networking Setup
Windows 2000
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel:
Double-click Network and Dial-Up Connections:
Double-click Make New Connection:
Select Dial-up to private network, then click Next:
Type the number required for your location, then click Next:
Note: If Use dialing rules is checked, uncheck it. If you must enter 903 before the number (required for the 903 area), do so in the Phone number box. The area code is not necessary for the 936 area.

If you do not want to use this dial-up connection for all Windows user accounts, select Only for myself and click Next. Otherwise, leave For all users selected, and click Next:
Type the name of the connection (ex: Eastex Goodsprings), then click Finish:
The Connect-to dialog now appears. Enter the username and password used to set up your account:
You are now set up to connect to the Internet. To connect, click Dial. If you have any problems or questions, contact us.
